We caught up with this lovely duo, to find out what inspires their collaboration and touch up on some of the challenges they face with owning a record label.

What is ‘how deep is your love event?
‘How deep is your love events are a series of social events aimed at spreading a distinctive genres of music to music lovers and our followers.  During these events merchandise of the brand is sold.

What type of music do you play and compile?
The type of music we play and compile its Techno, Deep House and Progressive House which is a fusion of Disco, Electro and Funk.

How successful is has ‘how deep is your love event?
Attendance for the ‘how deep is your love events is growing every year and that motivates us to take the event into greater heights.

What is the name of your record label and how many people are signed to your record label?
The record label is trading and registered as Eish Project Recordings pty ltd, they are currently only two artists under the label.

Where are both of you from?
Cosmo city which is located in the north side of Johannesburg

What made you guys start work together
We saw that whenever we bump into each other at an event the passion we had for music was over-warming so we decided to team up and three years later, we are still going strong.

What are some of the challenges of working as a duo?
We fight a lot like any other duo’s lol, fights such as what to wear at a gig, which song to play next but we always find a way to put our differences aside.

Lastly, which artist inspires you guys?
We draw a lot of inspiration from different backgrounds, but musically we are currently inspired by Bruce Loko, Milton Jackson, Jazzuele, Jullian Gomes, Dorothy Masuku, Abigail Khubeka, Dafro, Sven Weisemann…the list is endless
